the places i saw.

i woke up thinking,

i feel the joy and peace in these
the water running across our hands
the beautiful stars high upon the sky
the pleasant scent of the morning glory
the birds chirping away
the sweetness in the water i drink.

hearty laughter across the silence in my walkway
i wonder why cant these be true for places that is so faraway.
Hours ago,
i close my eyes.
to ease my mind.
The next moment i see
the fear of people along this street
walking across me like a fallen piece of stick
swollen cheeks, broken arms, limping legs, dripping bloods
where in the world is this place?
then i realize that this is the place that i have seen
in the emails that friends once had chained.
Feelings so strong

This is what the world out there going thru
I'm glad this is all but a dream.
Never will I want to go thru all these.
I appreciate the things around me,

the friends i cherish.
Why cant these be true for all out there?

Went out fishing with Ah Han and Hong Jin Bao at Ponggol Jetty on Saturday.Not a bad experience.
First, while retrieving the fishing line, I swing the rod up, and the weight almost hit ah han's head.
Secondly, when casting the line, the fishing hook got hook onto my jeans. If it were to go down by just 2cm, the hook will have pierce through my calves muscle. (Do I call it muscle tear then?)
I guess the picture shown above is abit dark.
But it a star fish!!
It is only around 5cm wide.
It is not as if I have caught a shark, why am I so excited?
Of course I am excited, this is my first catch! And its a star fish.
Somehow at the back of my mind, this is a sign given by the Holy One. They are telling me that I Have Found Hope.
I will be looking forward for the coming week. Seem like I will be blessed with many lucky stars!

Went to the MotorShow 2008 in SunTec City with my colleague.Quite a disappointment, it is not as grand as the previous Motor Show I went to. The only cars displayed are from Honda, Subaru, Toyota and some other brands. Sad, my Mitsubish is not participating in this Motor Show.
Managed to get some shots with the models.
No matter how powerful the car is, without a good driver, the Powerful car is just but a normal salon car.
Without a pretty babe, I am but just a normal driver.
There are many Race Queens or rather models during this Motor Show. But this model, Dawn (shown above) has the sweetest smile.
Managed to have a picture taken with Dawn. The day sure ends well.
